As a Will Call customer, you pay the daily price in effect on the day of your delivery. If you have established credit with us and pay your bill within 10 days, or prepay for the delivery, we’ll give you a 3% credit on your account!
Pre-Buy Program
Protect yourself against the unpredictability of winter heating oil price spikes with our Pre-Buy Program.
How It Works:
- Purchase your heating oil (500+ gallons) before the heating season starts to lock in the typically low off-season price.
- We store the oil for you and deliver it when you need it.
- Enroll at any time—unlike most companies, we offer this program year round.
Please be aware that our pre-buy price fluctuates with the market and can change at any time. While we guarantee your locked-in price for the amount of gallons purchased regardless of how high oil prices rise, we cannot offer any rebate if the price drops. Therefore, you are assuming the risk that the price of oil may decline before you have used all the gallons you have purchased. Please call us if you have any questions.
Budget Plan

Make your energy bills more predictable and manageable year-round with our Budget Plan. This plan eliminates spikes in your heating bills during the peak heating season by spreading out your anticipated annual fuel costs into 10 smaller, equal monthly payments. Plus, pay your bill within 10 days of the first of each month and enjoy a 3% credit on your account.
